Tony is a nice guy to talk to and his furniture is truly beautiful. That being said he is very frustrating to do business with. He will give you his card and make it sound so easy "call or email me the dimensions and I'll send you a quote and can custom make it in a week or two". Emails always go unanswered but when you call he requests that you send him an email. When calling to check on furniture his answer is always "not this weekend, but next." I guess he assumes people are around every weekend to pick it up. At least he usually answers his phone. I can't imagine how much more business he would do if we was able to provide a better customer experience.
